Vadim Akselrod, President and CTO
Mr. Akselrod is the Founder and President of New Software, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in web site
design and usability. Mr. Akselrod has extensive Internet experience, having developed Internet-oriented
solutions for more than a decade.
Mr. Akselrod is an expert in product usability and is the President of the Bay Area Computer Human
Interaction's Birds of a Feather group focused on web site usability. Prior to founding New Software, Inc.,
Mr. Akselrod led several development teams at NetLabs, a network management application vendor that was
acquired by Seagate Software. Mr. Akselrod developed and has a patent pending for SurfAlong, a dynamic data
aggregation technology used by aggregating web sites.
Mr. Akselrod holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Pomona College (Magna Cum Laude) and a
M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Chris Daley, CEO
Mr. Daley is the Chief Executive Officer of New Software, Inc, managing day to day operations.
He also serves at the lead Project Manager and Usability Specialist. Prior to
joining New Software, Mr. Daley was responsible for Marketing and Product Management at Audio Power
Industries, a leader in high-end consumer electronics. There he developed the company's initial web
presence and integrated web-based marketing with the company's traditional marketing paths.
Mr. Daley also has a background in usability and interface design both in the world of industrial design
and human computer interaction. He has an extensive background in project management and coordination in
the service, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Daley holds a B.A. in History from California
State University, Fullerton.
